Today I plan to make Black Bean & Sweet Potato Quesadillas with CSA sweet potatoes from Red Fire Farm. I'll follow the recipe from The Cleaner Plate Club, but since I also have some cilantro from this week's share, I'll be adding that too. Hopefully I'll get around to posting photos of the finished product.
